02 / Using Our Store

Please provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us. Do not use the store for fraudulent or unlawful activity, or interfere with its operation.

03 / Products & Safe Use

Review each product's description, available options, and usage instructions before ordering. Cleaning products should be used according to the directions and precautions shown on their product page and packaging.

Do not mix cleaning products unless the product instructions specifically state that it is safe to do so. If you have a question about an item or surface compatibility, contact us before use.

04 / Orders & Payments

Check your selected products, quantities, delivery address, payment method, and final order total before completing checkout. The payment options available for your order are displayed at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will check whether a change is still possible.

05 / Shipping & Delivery

Available shipping destinations, options, and charges are shown at checkout. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping where available. For orders under $50, the applicable shipping charge is displayed before payment.

Processing and delivery times can vary by product and destination. When tracking is available, its link will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

06 / Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

You have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return. Under our 30-day return offer, eligible items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Contact us before sending an item back, especially a cleaning liquid.

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting an approved return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.

To request an order cancellation, contact us promptly with your order number. We will check the order status and let you know whether cancellation is possible.
